INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3 cup oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips or raisins
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cream butter, sugars, egg, water, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture and mix.
- Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
- Drop by tbsp-full onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
