INGREDIENTS:
- 6 tbsp butter or margerine
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 celery stick, diced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 3 tsp sage
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt butter over medium heat in a large frying pan.
- Add onions, celery, and pepper.
- Cook until the onions are transparent, not brown. Let them cool.
- While the onions are cooking, cube the bread and mix with sage.
- Add the onion mixture to the bread and mix well.
- Stuff your bird.
