Chinese Salad

FOR THE SALAD:
  • 1 head of Nappa, sliced semi fine
  • 1 head of Bok Choy, sliced semi fine
  • 4 - 6 green onions, chopped
Mix together and refrigerate overnight.

ADD TO SALAD:
  • 2 pkgs Mr. Noodles
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup margerine
In a frying pan over medium heat, stir together the four ingredients to brown a little bit - do not over cook.

FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 4 tsp soya sauce
Heat the above ingredients until the sugar dissolves, sitr frequently, boil 2 - 3 minutes, refrigerate.

Assemble just before serving.
